The Ranch

Originally Homesteaded in the 1870s, Deer Springs Ranch contains 8,000 acres with 23,000 additional acres of leased land. The ranch enjoys the ideal location for taking advantage of a fantastic array of vacationing options. The ranch borders the Dixie National Forest, Bryce Canyon National Park, and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. Just a short trip away is Grand Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, and Lake Powell National Recreation Area.

Owning a piece of Deer Springs Ranch is an unusual land opportunity. A Unit includes a deed to your personally selected 20-acre home-site. It also includes a membership in the Deer Springs Ranch Owners Association that entitles you to 2,000 acres of recreational land, lush meadows, trout ponds, ranch facilities and cabins, and a landing strip. 


You receive two weeks a year in the ranch cabins at a special member rate so you can start enjoying the ranch right away without having to build your own cabin. This is a great place for family reunions, vacations, and getting away from the world.

DSROA

Deer Springs Ranch Owners Association consists of 300 members and is led by a board of seven directors. DSROA is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of all ranch assets. The Board of Directors meet once a month with ranch membership to discuss ranch issues. Every September, DSROA invites all members to attend the annual meeting for board elections. DSROA abides by written bylaws that can be found on their website. Unlike many other HOA organizations, DSROA approaches its responsibilities with a laissez-faire attitude. The ranch is there for the benefit of all members and your private parcel is there for you. All questions about DSROA can be directed to dsroa@deerspringsranch.org.
